We’ll ask for a general overview—whether it’s custom furniture, a full commercial fitout, or restoring a beloved piece.

Reference Materials
INSPIRATION TO BUILD THE SCOPE
We welcome all reference materials—from floorplans to fabric swatches—to help shape an accurate response and design direction.

Quotation
WE PREPARE A DETAILED QUOTE
Once we understand the brief, you’ll receive a clear and considered quote tailored to your project.
Step 05.
Fabrics & Materials
CHOOSE FROM THOUSANDS OF OPTIONS
If you haven’t selected fabrics yet, we’ll invite you to our sample room, where we can guide you through a wide range of premium textiles, leathers, and finishes.
Step 06.
Deposit & Scheduling
LOCK IN MATERIALS AND SCHEDULE JOB
Once the quote is approved, a 50% deposit allows us to order materials and begin planning your project timeline.
Step 07.
Pickup (if required)
PICKUP OF EXISTING PIECES
For reupholstery jobs, we organise safe transport of your furniture from site to workshop.
Step 08.
Production
CRAFTSMANSHIP BEGINS
Your piece is built or restored by hand in our Melbourne workshop by our team of skilled artisans. Our standard turnaround is 6–8 weeks, depending on the scale and complexity.
Step 09.
Delivery & Installation
DELIVER, INSTALL TO ENSURE ITS PERFECT
Once complete, we offer professional delivery and installation to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition—and fits seamlessly into its space.
